The Healthy Mummy Premium Smoothie and Tummy Smoothie are more alike than the standard Healthy Mummy Smoothie and Tummy Smoothie, but still different.
The Premium Smoothie is a meal replacement that also supports gut health with the inclusion of probiotics. This inclusion of probiotics is in addition to the base of premium whey-based protein and 23 vitamins and minerals that make up the Premium Smoothie. These premium ingredients help make the Premium Smoothie a more fierce taste and a creamier and smoother texture.
On the other hand, the Tummy Smoothie formulation includes the Healthy Mummy Tummy Complex and the benefits of a healthy meal replacement. The Tummy Complex is explicitly designed to promote gut health and a healthy digestive tract that promotes a healthy microbiome and healing. The Tummy Smoothie is based on soy protein with small amounts of whey protein.

Yes. Our smoothies have been created to be low allergy and have been designed to be safe in breastfeeding and have ingredients to help support milk supply – such as fenugreek, flaxseed and pumpkin seeds.
We consulted with the Monash University on our formulation and with a member of the Board of Dieticians to ensure it was safe in breastfeeding.
Please note if your baby suffers from colic or has any food sensitivities we recommend talking to your Doctor before changing your diet.
The smoothies do not have any caffeine*, chemicals or artificial ingredients in and are safe as a snack in pregnancy. However, we do not recommend following any weight loss plan in pregnancy unless under your Doctor’s supervision. Please note that one smoothie contains 180mcg RE vitamin A. The RDI of Vitamin A for pregnancy and breastfeeding is 700-800mcg daily, while the upper level of intake for pregnant and breastfeeding women is 2800-3000mcg.

Q: Is the 45+ Smoothie FODMAP friendly?
Q: Is the 45+ Smoothie FODMAP friendly?
45+ contains a small amount of inulin which is a high FODMAP food and psyllium husk which some people find may cause irritation in the gut. It is recommended that 45+ Smoothie is avoided during the elimination phase of the FODMAP diet. The use of 45+ however, could be discussed with a healthcare practitioner for use during the re-challenge phase as the small amount of insulin may be tolerable during the re-challenge and maintenance phases of the low FODMAP diet for some people.
For a FODMAP friendly alternative, you may like to try our Tummy Smoothies, which are certified FODMAP friendly.

The normal smoothie is focused on post pregnancy and doesn’t contain all the extra nutrients needed in pregnancy. If you do have the original and non pregnancy one please note that they do not have any caffeine, chemicals or artificial sweeteners in them, so they are safe as a once a day snack in pregnancy or as a nutritional boost. Please also note that one smoothie contains 180mcg RE Vitamin A. The Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of Vitamin A for pregnancy and breastfeeding is 700-800mcg, with an upper limit of intake of 2800-3000mcg per day. Due to the above we recommend the pregnancy smoothie for pregnancy which has no Vitamin A and is high in protein, calcium and pregnancy nutrients needed.
