Instructions
Place 1 sachet (56g) of smoothie powder into a shaker and add approximately 300ml of your choice of water or other liquid. Shake until combined.
Alternative serving suggestion: Blend smoothie powder and milk with ½ cup fruit or vegetables of your choice until you reach a smooth consistency.
