The Healthy Mummy Premium Smoothies are Formulated Meal Replacements meaning they contain a variety of vitamins, minerals and nutrients and contribute to your Recommended Dietary Intake (RDI) for many key macro- and micro-nutrients when consumed as part of a healthy diet. The Healthy Mummy Premium Smoothies can replace 1 meal up to a maximum of 2 meals per day and we recommend you have a healthy meal for your 3rd meal of the day. The Healthy Mummy Premium Smoothies must not be used as a total diet replacement. Our recommendations are broad and not tailored to your individual situation so as always, we recommend you seek the advice of a healthcare professional.
Yes the Premium Smoothies are suitable for women who are breastfeeding.
The Healthy Mummy Espresso Premium Smoothie contains coffee powder with an average of 66 mg caffeine per serve. This level of caffeine is approximately equivalent to 1 cup of coffee and therefore should be considered with caution by breastfeeding women.
Australian and international food and health authorities generally advise that pregnant and breastfeeding women should limit their caffeine intake to a maximum of 200 mg per day (about two cups of coffee or four cups of tea). Therefore, including The Healthy Mummy Premium Espresso Smoothie into your diet should be treated with caution and in line with your overall caffeine consumption from other sources.
The Premium smoothie is designed to be consumed cold. Heating the Premium Smoothie would destroy the probiotics which is a key ingredient in the product.
The Premium Smoothies contain dairy.
Vanilla, Banana Sundae, Espresso and Double Chocolate flavours are all gluten free as a part of the new and improved formula! However, for other flavours or Eco versions there is no added gluten but have been handled in a line where they may have come into contact with gluten.

I love the banana sundae flavour and I used to mix it with this until they put chocolate chunks into all of the chocolate flavoured smoothies. It’s an unnecessary textural experience now. I won’t be buying the choc flavours again. The choc mint is a lovely flavour though. I enjoy all the healthy mummy flavours except your caramel/biscuit ranges.

This is a good product and I’ve lost 3.3kg between the espresso smoothie and the chocolate one. The texture can be a little lumpy, and hard to get it to smooth out no matter how much I shake it. I also find the espresso a bit too sweet, but I prefer coffee without sugar and that also goes for lattes. It would be great to have a “Strong Latte” option 🙂 but this is still perfectly drinkable, and it’s good value for money

I was disappointed with how it actually tasted after each mouthful that you have it leaves a funny taste in your mouth which doesn’t invite you to want to finish the shake in a hurry. Definitely needs fruit added to it which helps a little it stopping the after taste. I think it would actually be useful to add a measured scoop in with the powder to get a more accurate mixture.
